Virtual Team A/S is a Danish business company established to support outsourcing of software-development projects from European companies to Bolivian companies. Virtual Team A/S target mainly Danish B2B customers.
Virtual Team A/S delivers software products of high quality and on the agreed time, though a Partnership with 2-4 Bolivian companies (10-50 employees). The partnership provides a scalable network structure, that may deliver a wide range of software services. The Bolivian companies benefit from the wide range of resources and knowledge provided by Virtual Team A/S and the companies in the network.
Support and enhance the Bolivian partner’s Project Management, Quality insurance and maturity level. Market the services in Europe and manage end to end quality and project management of the deliveries. There by enhance our customers deliveries and competitiveness.
All business shall be carried out to mutual benefits for all involved organizations and individuals. Business shall be environmental and financial sustainable.
All projects shall be executed according to relevant international standards and recognized best practice. If not stated otherwise this includes ISO 9001:2008, SA8000 and PMBok®. Some projects might require other standards.
Virtual Team A/S facilitates continues improvements in own organization, in the customers organization and in the network organization though knowledge sharing and use of software development metrics and project management metrics.
