Customer survey check list
- Always add open questions. You want real feed back. A smart way to ask a open question could be:
- If you should describe [your_company_name or product] with just one word - What word should that be? or
- If you should describe [your_company_name or product] with three words - What words should that be?
- Don't ask too many questions, normally 9 questions is the absolute maximum.
